I currently lead enterprise squads and am responsible for a $20M+ portfolio. The main work has been building predictability and removing operational noise. Delivery predictability improved from 70% to 92%, churn dropped from 8% to 0.8%, and NPS moved from 55 to 82.

Led technical decisions on projects like CSN and Agrogalaxy. On Portal NGT, we migrated from monolith to microservices and cut deployment time from 3 hours to 12 minutes. I also led the rewrite of CSN’s Tooling Portal to improve reliability and product evolution speed. We also improved production operations with fewer incidents and faster recovery.

Delivered enterprise portals and financial workflows with .NET, Angular, and React. Provided front-end consulting for Banco ABC, improving onboarding flows and offering ongoing front-end support. Worked on automation and integrations to reduce manual workload and improve reliability.

Co-founded an agency focused on SMBs. Delivered 15+ website and e-commerce projects, with emphasis on performance and client autonomy after delivery.

Grew from junior to mid-level in fintech. Contributed to product delivery with Node.js, Go, and Laravel, including payment integrations and clean architecture practices. Contributed to launches of iZiOrder, AgendaOnline, and Siga-me with focus on operational reliability and product evolution.
